Roast beets, candied hazelnut and goats cheese salad.

Summer vegetables crystal rolls. Cucumber, red onion, avocado and edamame with glass noodles & pickled ginger, rolled in rice paper & served with a Nam Jim dipping sauce.

Aubergine, spinach and ricotta involtini, tomato concasse, toasted pine nuts and basil with vine roasted cherry tomato.

Fillet of beef with mussel butter, chimmichurri sauce and pommes frites.

Pan seared Norwegian Salmon on a spicy Thai cucumber salad with red onion, heirloom carrot, cherry tomato and chilli peanuts, served with togarashi spiced noodle crisps.
