- Heirloom tomato salad with basil, anchovy, kalamata olive and herbed garlic ricotta.
- Honey roast figs, stuffed with blue cheese & wrapped in pancetta. rocket
- Chicken liver parfait, toasted corn bread crutons, clemgold, orange and jasmine with house pickled vegetables.
Entrees
- Pan fried line fish on roasted garlic smashed white beans with a tamarillo, herb and avocado salsa & spring onion crème.
- Fillet of beef on roast sweet potato, yellow peppers & cherry tomato. Served with cheesy polenta crutons, chimmichurri sauce, pickled red onions and red pepper essence.
- Linguine with Clams: Linguine pasta with a sauce of clams steamed in vodka, with garlic, chilli & parsley, finished with a touch of cream and pangritata.
- Dukkah & brown sugar roast pumpkin with tomato concasse, ratatouille and plant based, herbed cream cheese.

- Lemon myrtle crème brulee, served with a chocolate coconut crisp
