Appetizers
- Chilled strawberry and champagne soup with Madagascan green peppercorn & rose geranium foam.
- Salad of seasonal greens, gorgonzola, fresh berries & almond brittle with a poppy seed vinaigrette.
- Smoked salmon blinis, trout caviar, beetroot amasi, apple & dill.
Entrées
- Fillet of beef, pommes cigar, smoked marrowbone butter, wilted greens.
- Confit chicken leg and thigh, cranberry & apple stuffing, cinnamon gastrique.
- Slow roast pork belly, mango, basil cappuchine, vanilla and chilli.
- Pave of roast peppers, aubergine, zucchini, grilled artichokes with herb oil & an eclat of Mozzarella.
Dessert
- Chocolate and banana beignets with pistachio ice cream.
- Gingerbread & salted caramel tart, cinnamon crème and cherry compote.
- Fruit sorbet with almond langues de chat and elderflower gel.
