Rillette of smoked ham hock, wild garlic, parsnip crisp, rye.

Risotto cake, saffron, prawn, pea, bisque foam

Succotash, flame roast capsicum, avocado, lime, coconut gel, coriander

Chocolate banana beignets, rose and pistachio ice cream

Brisket croquettes with harissa Mayo and pickled red cabbage slaw

Mosbolletjies with smoked bone marrow butter

Autumnal pavlova - topped with coconut yoghurt cream, roasted plums with honey and thyme

I am a local private chef, food writer, and recipe creator based in Kloof. Garnering most of my experience internationally in London working as the group pastry chef for Bill Granger's restaurant group Granger & Co. My food style has been influenced by travel as well as being passionate about local ingredients and dishes. These inspirations combine to create a distinct style of sunshine food.
